Child Safety Standards

TruCult has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out the standards we apply, how to report violations, and how to contact us. These standards apply to everyone who uses TruCult.

Our commitments

• We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses children, and any attempt to use TruCult to produce, store, share, or solicit CSAM.
• We prohibit grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and the solicitation or endangerment of minors in any form.
• TruCult is not directed to children. Users must be at least 18 years old, consistent with our Terms of Service.
• We act on reports of CSAE, remove violating content, terminate offending accounts, and preserve and report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement, as required by applicable law.

How to report

• In the app. Use the report control on any message, post, profile, or channel, and block the user from their profile or a chat. Reports reach our moderation team.
• By email. Report suspected CSAE directly to assist@trucult.app. Include links or usernames where possible. Do not download, copy, or re-share suspected CSAM — report it and let us and the authorities handle it.

How we respond

We review CSAE reports as a priority. Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal and account termination. Where we identify apparent CSAM, we preserve the relevant evidence and report it to NCMEC and/or law enforcement in line with our legal obligations.

Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, and we align our practices with recognized standards for combating CSAE online.
